Users and access

SNMP traps
Configured on the server with NB_SNMP_TRAP_TARGET. Trap OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.63000.1.2.x carries site, point, severity, message, alarm id and event. Ask for the MIB file if the NOC needs it.
Install a gateway
Any Linux gateway with Python 3.9+ (Debian, Ubuntu, Raspberry Pi OS, Moxa, Advantech). Teltonika RutOS routers use Data to Server instead (see docs).
- Create the site under Sites and click New code.
- On the gateway, run the install line (it enrolls and starts the service).
- Edit
/etc/prime-gate/agent.yamlwith the Modbus, SNMP and I/O points (Africell reference config), thenprime-gate readto bench test andsystemctl restart prime-gate.
